Danny & Theresa Gordon are both ACSM Certified  (American College Of Sports Medicine) with years of experience in personal training. They as well as their trainers work out regularly and know the importance of a satisfying workout. It is important to them along with their team of trainers to give each client the satisfaction of getting the best possible workout during their training session. This is very difficult to do in a crowded gym.  In gyms a Trainer will often have to change their clients designed program during a session due to availability of equipment. This is not fair to the client or Trainer.

After years of training in this gym environment, Danny & Theresa as Personal Trainers were able to come up with many ideas on how to create an environment more conducive to great workouts. In 1996, they decided to pool their knowledge and ideas to create a comfortable personal training studio, where people of all fitness levels could be challenged. The Body Studio was born! At the Body Studio you will get a program designed carefully for you by a Certified Personal Trainer, and it is carried out the way it was intended to get the results you want! A Personal Trainer at The Body Studio is a great investment.

At The Body Studio they offer semi-private personal training only. Their team of Personal Trainers are highly qualified. The studio is clean and never crowded. You get the most efficient workout within your training hour. There are no interruptions or waiting for equipment. This controlled atmosphere allows your personal trainer to carry out your program with a variety of exercises. It is a great alternative to the large gym scene!

This great atmosphere has enabled Danny & Theresa Gordon to create a special workout called Body Style. This workout style is almost impossible to carry out in a gym. Their Body Style Workout helps you to burn maximum fat & calories while you are getting stronger & more toned. The frequent change in order and type of exercises also keeps your workout fresh & fun. A Body Studio trainer will help you to carry  this out!

To add variety, if your level of skill permits, we will supplement your program with Exercise bands, Jump ropes, Stability balls, Weighted balls, TRX and Cardio kickboxing. Our philosophy is exercise should be challenging, satisfying, and enjoyable. Exercise should always be a part of your life. It keeps you healthy and energized. I have been a client of Theresa's for about 10 years.  I started because I was not disciplined enough to exercise on my own.  Now, 10 years and nearly 25 painless pounds later, I am still not great at working out on my own, but I relish my time at the studio.  Theresa is as encouraging a trainer as anyone could ever want.  Even with zero style points during some of my workout, she still will say the right positive feedback to make you want to keep going.

I have worked through several injuries and recurrent joint issues and she is very aware of what can and should be done and what needs to be adapted until things are better.

The studio is clean and friendly.  I have trained with a couple of the other trainers on occasion and they are as nice, knowledgeable and encouraging as Theresa.  The owners have set the tone of this studio and it reflects their positive attitudes towards exercise, overall health and their clients.

I've been going to The Body Studio for a little over 7 years now and it's helped me in many ways.  I go three time a week.  I've lost 70 pounds in the first 11 months and have kept it off the whole time.  The folks there are skilled, knowledgeable and care about where you're at with your fitness level.  I have been working out there one on one with the same trainer the whole time and that matters.  I've been other places once or twice and The Body Studio is the only place that has really impressed me.  The trainers there are very educated and skilled in their line of work, and that shows in the time they spend with me.
